The Process

From design to delivery I’ll be helping you to make an informed decision about your ornament. The information below should help understand each major step.

1-Get Informed

It’s true what they say, “Knowledge is power.” So the best first step is to collect information such as what can be made and the cost. Below are some great first step resources to get you started. Feel free to simply call or email me to go over everything together.

  • Call me at 412-204-6272 to get a firm quote and discuss your options. Emailing me your image first can help me advice you better.

2-Designing and Artwork

Once the group has had a chance to review the options and quotes we can move forward with your design. *Deposit required to begin

  • We work together to build your design based on what you want. I can advise on possible ways that will work best. However, my job isn’t to tell you how to do it but to bring your concept to life the best way possible.
  • I then put together artwork for your group to review. You’ll get two free rounds of edits if needed. *Additional edits are $50.
  • Once happy with the design you approve it and decide how many the group would like to order.

3-Select you packaging

After the artwork is approved you’ll need to select your packaging option. The packaging will determine the presentation of your ornament. Costs vary and some styles may restrict your options.

  • Packaging
    • FREE Unassembled Sleeve(Sleeve for the flat, dangle and decal styles only)
      • Includes a sealed plastic bag and cardboard packing for the presentation of your ornament. All you need is tape and a little time to package them.
    • Assembled Sleeve…..$0.25 each
      • I will affix the ornament and information sheet to the cardboard backing and place in the bag for you.
    • Box with Cotton Inlay…..$0.75 each
    • Box with Black Felt Inlay…..$1.25 each
      • Measures 3.5″ x 3.5″ x 1″
      • 100 minimum order
      • Available in gold, silver, white, black, burgundy, and dark blue.

4-Approval

Now that you’ve approved your artwork, selected your order quantity and packaging option production can begin. Production times vary but on average are 6-8 weeks. I’ll provide you with a delivery window at this time. *Invoice balances due at this time.

5-Information Sheet (optional)

While we wait for your ornaments a sheet to give a short synopsis of your group, event or to thank members and employees can be created. Almost any message or image you want can be added.

All you need to do is provide the text. I will format everything and send it back to you to review and approve. *Free with brass ornaments

6-Wait

All the work on your end is done!

When the ornaments are finished I’ll be in touch with your tracking number and exact delivery date.
